If problem repeats, then you probably need to check your timing chain also.

No no! It was just not fit properly first time, and people could do that mistake hence I showed it again there at 11:09 You gotta identify timing chain issue by the noise from engine during idle/riding, or vibration, or sometimes misfire of engine.

I didn't get the hint in your video but all I can say is, the chain is bouncing around too much and the rear axle has no more room for adjustment. So, you do need a new set. But if you don't want to, remove a couple of links from chain. 😂

02:18 Relatable to me...last week my CBR was making that noise which I found very annoying, but my friend heard nothing.That baarik baarik aawaj according to others was very loud for me.Then I changed the tensioner and problem solved but still 10% noise is present which only I can hear like you😅

Timing chain check karvao. Theek se bithaya nahi hoga. Engine ko deadcenter laake check karna padta Hain. Ache mechanic ke pass le jao.
