I think so, try doing a test with the electric handbrake... hold the handbrake button down for a few seconds and it should disengage the brake...so the brake system can be serviced.

I heard it could be done the same as with manual hand brake but let's keep in mind that there are electric motors which can be damaged so I'm not sure if it's good to do that this way

@@ciobotarubogdan9730 yes I know that, I was answering on a Doug's question which was about electronic hand brake. There are videos where you put 12V battery directly on a brake motor and with changing polarity you open or close the piston. But also there could go something wrong, so....... Maybe I will try on my Megane 4, when I will change pads next time 😁😁

@@matjazf.2876 Yes, that's right, using the 12V battery can work, but there is another simpler method... I saw it in a video...,hold the brake button for 5 seconds and the brake piston opens let me know if it works...

You should tight the scews crosswise not in a cirkel, Also why you dont put copper grease on the slide/vibe parts ? Beside that nice video

Thanks for the advice, honestly the screws have been cross tightened, what you see in the video is a quick final check done in a circle... Copper grease on the slide/vibe parts.. my idea is to avoid greasing the external parts that are continuously exposed to anything found on the street, dust, water... @@ZangerMarvin19 Ok, it won't make any kind of noise that bothers you... anyway after 2,3 rains the grease is clean, it stays clean as if you hadn't put the grease...

Salut ,partea pozitiva ,masina oprita, curata bine cu un degrasator zona unde ai intilnit pierderea, controleza nivelul lichidului de frina sa nu fie sub minim, daca e ok apasa pedala de frina de 5,6 ori si vezi daca se intareste ... Daca nivelul lichidului de frina e normal si pedala de frina sa intarit este totul bine ,cu toate astea controleaza zona unde a iesit lichidul de frina sa vezi daca e totul ok. Partea negativa : Cu masina oprita , curata cu un degrasator zona sistemului de frinare unde ai intilnit pierderea din acel cilindru ,odata curatat ...controleaza nivelul lichidului de frina ,dupa apasa pedala 5,6ori , pedala ar trebui sa se intareasca daca nu sa intarit controleaza zona undei ai vazut ca pierde daca este lichid ,nui bine trebuie sa mergi la un service specializat ca e putin mai complicat ... in nici un caz NU TREBUIE SA MERGI CU MASINA(cu platforma) poti ramine fara frine ....

@@ciobotarubogdan9730 pierdere nu am că m-am uitat , nivelul e ok . Prima dată când apăs e un pic slabă la a doua apăsare se întărește . Problema e că un idiot mi-a montat plăcuțe mai mici și mi-a ros discul iar buza de sus a rămas cam un milimetru doi mai groasă și acum cu plăcutele ce le-am schimbat prinde tot discul și cred că frânează mai mult pe buza aia până de roade , o fi și de la asta ?? Lasami un număr poate vorbim pe watssap și despre altele că am aceiași mașină . Te rog

Masina are frana de mana electrica sau manuala?
