Told my wife “I trust a man with wooden paneling in his office,” your expertise is solid, sir 👍 Much appreciation from Texas ♥️
Be nice if you showed what the filters looked like in each compartment. Some of the replacement look different that the Culligan ones.

Sediment filter goes in position 1 carbon in position 2 and Reverse osmosis Membrane in position 3
He helped me change my filters then sat on porch and drank a cool Bartles and Jaymes wine cooler.
carbon post filter (polish) will not come off. don't know what Culligan did on install but - have tried everything for over an hour on this part! OMG! Will have to call plumber for help- ugh! But thanks for the video, did get the other filters changed, but not easy. Everything was so tight but got back on. Local Culligan charges a fortune to come out and do this, when you live an hour outside of the city.
Thank you for the clear explanation and demonstration. I changed my set up without much difficulty!
I've had the AC15 for 13 years, I'm surprised this video is only 2 years old :) Very useful though. I never knew I was supposed to take it off the wall. I'm changing the secondary filter. Usually I just call in a service person. Thanks for the video.
😊Thank you for the video! I did it! Super easy!
Thank you Bill
Well I just attempted to change out the filters the first one I pulled off did not look anything like the replacement filters. Could it be that they have been changed over time or they just gave me the wrong ones? There was no numeration on the replacement filters to correspond to the 1, 2, 3 positions in the unit. Why aren’t the replacement filters numbered to correspond to position.?
Great video. thanks.
Very helpful. Thank you!
thank you
Your the best! Great instruction just installed it myself!
Worked perfectly!
Appreciate your time for explaining this, a very good tutorial and well explained! Thank you sir! Chad in Nebraska.
Thanks
I appreciate your time in explaining how to change out the filters! It worked for me, beautifully!
What filters do I get, model #? And does home Depot have them?
Are the AC-30 series still available? March 2023
Culligan ripped me off!!
My #1 and #2 housings on my AC-30 cracked during a move. Can anyone provide a link or tell me where to get replacements? I have searched all over the place with no luck. Thanks!
What about the membrane?
How do u remove the hoses?
What about the bladder pressure in the tank? What's that supposed to be set at?
How many about filters?
Great video. I wanted to ask the Technician. I have a problem with my AC30 Culligan group. What is it necessary to do, after having changed the 3 filters, to prevent WATER CONTINUING GOING OUT DOWN THE DRAIN?

How to deal with leaks after replacing the small filter? Why do they leak? How to fix it?
We have the ac30 system and went to change the filter that looks like it has white rope on it. The one we pulled out was kinda yellow and orange and it didn't have white rope on it. It also only had one rubber washer instead of two. Is it possible the one with rope on it can look like this if you water too long to replace it? I think we went 3 years before replacing it.

The “white rope” is the sediment filter and the other is a carbon filter. The one with the “rope” will most of the time look like that when over-due because it is the sediment filter.
I changed filters and now have a big leak between the manifold and Filter Housing. I replaced the O-rings with Silicon 1-3-4" ID x 2-1/8 od. I can't find the correct size anywhere I looked. Were these correct and if so what would be the fix? Thank You

Hi Dale, Culligan does not use silicone for their O-rings, and you will not be able to find the correct O-rings at a hardware store as they correlate with a direct Culligan part number, and are made specifically for these systems. You would need to get the part directly from your local Culligan dealer. Hope that helps!
Looks easy. How much pressure should be in the captive supply tank?

8-9 pounds
My manual says that the new filters should be conditioned (flushed) before installing them in the system. How do I do this without installing them in the system?

And the manual says there's a "preservative solution" in the new RO filter. It can't be good to drink this, can it?
My inlet water port is leaking. Is the "o" ring replaceable?

Notice Culligan won't show the courtesy of a reply. Arrogance to the max. Price gouging is off the chart of reasonableness
How often should you change the filters?
@thats2odd

Once a year
@isingsculliganwater

Once a year, minimum, depending on usage and water quality. Membrane roughly every 3 years.
One of my filter housing for the AC 30 RO system (p/n 01004430) is leaking from the bottom I called Culligan and they want $142 for one does anyone know where else to buy them

Regrettably, Culligan is all about the money Not good customer service. It is cheaper to replace with another brand than to let Culligan get their hands on your wallet. Their pricing is gouging customers.
What about the tank sanitation

@@isingsculliganwater Also if there's build-up which I found slime inside inside of the filters housing's what makes you think that that's not happening inside the tank?
How long do I have to wait before I get water. It’s been 5 mins and barely any water is coming out
