Final transmission oil
The final transmission case should be checked for oil leaks before every trip. If a leak is found, have a Yamaha dealer inspect and repair your motorcycle. In addition, the final transmission oil change must be carried out as follows at the intervals specified in the periodic maintenance and lubrication table.
1. Start the engine and warm up the final transmission oil by riding the motorcycle for a few minutes.
2. Turn off the engine and place the motorcycle on the center stand.
3. Place an oil pan under the final transmission case to collect the used oil.
4. Remove the final transmission oil filler cap and O-ring from the final transmission case.
5. Remove the last transmission oil drain bolt and gasket to drain the oil from the final transmission box.
6. Install the last transmission oil drain bolt and its new gasket, then tighten the bolts to the specified torque.
TIP
� Before installing the last transmission oil drain bolt and gasket, apply oil to the bolt and gasket.
� Wipe off any remaining oil afterwards.
7. Refill the final transmission oil with the recommended amount. WARNING! Make sure that no foreign objects enter the transmission end box. Make sure no oil gets on the tires or wheels.
8. Install the final transmission oil filler cap and new O-ring, then tighten the oil filler cap.
9. Check the transmission box last for oil leaks. If oil is leaking, check the cause.

Tadi saya baru saja service ke 2, pas sampe rumah cek struk oli gardan bayar yang 150cc, 18rban akhirnya buka Chanel pertamax ini, begitu tertera 100cc dan di jelaskan langsung auto balik lagi ke bengkel tanya mekanik katanya masuk 140cc saya minta dikeluarkan 40cc nya, dan di keluarkan 40cc jadi pas 100, hahaha

bisa pakai oli mesin di gardan. aman ga ? aman. tapi rekomendasi lebih baik pakai yang ada API GL karena itu jelas dari namanya (gear lubricant / gear lube), dengan daya tahan keausan lebih baik. jadi buat matic kalau mau awet, ga ngiung" pakailah yang GL-5, murah kok bahkan 1 liter castrol transmission fluid cuman 70 ribuan tapi bisa pakai sampai 8-9x
