I need to do this on my 1.5 DCi Renault Megane Coupé, I'm not a mechanic but have all the tools to do this in work. I want to try myself but am nervous I'll fuck it up even though it's just 2 bolts and a bit of lifting, lol. Great vid by the way, very simple and no fuss, very well done. Good job guys.

A very helpful video. Its worth mentioning that if you have the electric handbrake, the handbrake cables must be released from the brackets on the body to avoid taking the weight of the axle on them. It is also necessary to undo both shock aborbers to drop the axle down far enough to get the springs out.

With my Megane I find you have to drop the other side at the same time and do both springs or else the rear beam doesn't come down far enough to get the spring out.

he didn't show it in the video. naturaley he also dismantle the shock obsorber from the other side.

Tak, ma Pan rację. Dokręcać nałeży wyłącznie kluczem dynamometrycznym z odpowiednim momentem. W nowych filmikach ten błąd został usunięty. Z szacunkiem, AutoDoc.
