Thanks for the tip. Heres another one : Shift + Enter after address line for typing in addresses with no added spacing between address lines. Usual 'Enter' means new paragraph space.

@@KevinStratvert hey kevin i used to view lo of yt videos during covid on my moms phone i.e her youtube account fewdays ago she accidently deleted the watch history and i lost my entire history of videos that i watched back in 2020 21, when i checked my activity it also shows no history beyond march 20. is there anything i can do??? im willing to pay to get acess to my old data as well it has some important collection of videos which i cant exactly remember

(reiterate) And this does change the spacing in the Normal style set. The Normal Style set is referenced by many other Paragraph styles, but not necessarily all. In certain cases, you will want to edit the Style directly, which has two methods. Through the Style editor, or by using applying changes to a selected Paragraph and then Right+Clicking the Style and choosing Update Stylename to Match Selection. To Reuse the styles, make sure to create a Template version of the Document with no Text. You can document the Styles in use by choosing to Print the Styles In Use instead of the pages, as available on the Print screen.

If you're wanting to change an individual paragraph, you don't have to try and select the whole paragraph. Just have your cursor flashing anywhere in it, make the spacing changes and the paragraph will change. Similarly, if you're wanting to change multiple consecutive paragraphs, you can just click anywhere in one of the end paragraphs and drag to anywhere in the paragraph at the other end, make your spacing changes and they will all change.

Just say this: "Hey, AGI! Change that line spacing!"

MS makes some good software, but even though MS Word is the default for almost everyone nowadays, it is actually the WORST word processor I have ever used (and I have used plenty in my career as a technical writer) It drives me nuts when I have to use it in order to be compliant with what others are using.
