Hi brother I recently got paint job done on rxz but only after 2 Months my chassis and thank got small rust bubbles all over ... The painter is saying the chassis is old and rust which is coming it's from inside which he can't help.. Can u help in this please ???

he is wrong.....the main job before painting is cleaning the surface and properly preparing the surface for the paint. its clear that he didnt do his job properly and thats why this rusting.
