The outer fan is important because it Make the outer cool if its cool compressor of outer will be heated. If not heated will be trip again and again if compressor is not getting trip you ac will make the room chill. It proves that fan is also the most important part if the ac. It must be in excellent working otherwise in hot weather your ac compressor will trip again and again because of heat. Hope this comment will help the reader.
