Hello there, It works! But if it doesn't work for you check your profile menu to see if you have been given professional mode. how come even if I already see it on "view as" the word "follow" there are still a lot of people who will send their friend request? How can they not request for friend request? instead, follow only?

It's likely that certain users may still be sending you friend requests even if you've adjusted your Facebook profile to allow people to follow you rather than make friend requests. This can be the case either because they are unaware of the follow option or because they prefer to make friend requests to express their interest in connecting with you. Additionally, even if you've deactivated the feature, some folks might still be able to send you friend requests. This is especially true if they're using an outdated version of the Facebook app or accessing Facebook from a different platform. This could be a short-term error or a software flaw. You can modify your Facebook settings to make sure that only followers can see your posts and updates. You can modify your Facebook privacy settings to restrict who can view your profile and posts in order to guarantee that only followers can see your posts and updates. In order to stop users from sending you friend requests, you might also think about eliminating the friend request option entirely. Visit your Facebook profile and select the three dots next to the "Add to Story" button to accomplish this. Toggle off the "Allow others to send you friend requests" option and then choose "Settings," "Public Posts," and then "Allow others to send you friend requests."

It's because you have not adjusted your privacy settings as indicated in the above tutorial. Kindly follow the procedure in the video and that will be solved. Also remember that by adding you as friend before now, they have automatically followed you. So as you adjust your privacy settings, they will start seeing the follow button. Turn on professional mode and it will automatically convert your profile to page and people will follow instead of sending you friend requests. I also discovered that Facebook retracted the manual option from those they made the "turn on professional mode" available. Sorry for late reply, and thanks for visiting the Digital Bulwark.
