Amigo hace un par de años hice el cambio realizado por ustedes en mi taladro de 1/2 BOSCH y está maravilloso y lo recuerdo por que después de quitarle el tornillo rosca contraria al Mandril lo agarre con una prensa de banco y le saqué este colocando el nuevo Mandril Automático y veo gracias a ustedes que con una llave Allen lo puedo hacer , menos mal ya que compre un Apartamento y tube que vender la prensa , un placer Amigos .

What name ur tools to remove that?

Spindle locks are required for keyless chucks otherwise you can't tighten them! Most cheap drills don't have spindle locks therefore a keyed chuck is better!

I agree with you, I have been an engineer for 60 years and I hate these keyless chucks. I think they are only for folks who don't know any better or who keep losing the chuck key. LOL

Drill chucks appear to mostly have non-metric threads. Some are 1/2 inch x 20 tpi, while lighter, smaller drills may have 3/8 inch x 24 tpi. You need to take the old chuck off and measure, or maybe a Google search.
