Thank you for this very informative video. Going to try and cork my daughters clarinet myself. Greetings from the USA.

That cork removal tool, (or claw?) looks like a good tool. But where could I get one?

Very nice and concise. I corked a mouthpiece nicely but failed twice on a mid joint as I think I was putting the glue on too thick and when sanding and trying the fit, the cork moved. Maybe the tech. that I needed multiple layers was incorrect, so...the third try's is the "Charm!" Thanks

Great video, thanks!! Made it look very easy without a bunch of fancy tools and equipment. Is lighter fluid ok to use on wooden clarinets? It won't dry out or damage the wood on the tenons? Thank you!

+Amkii2 Hi, thanks for the positive comments. The fluid is used very sparingly and quickly from within a cloth so we don't believe it would cause any damage based on the fact it would need much more fluid and a longer exposure to cause any issues.

Brilliant, Abi! Thanks much! Could you add some specifics for us? Brand or type of glue? And the perhaps the thickness of the cork?

Hi Gervais, we use EvoStick Impact Adhesive (link here: www.dawkes.co.uk/evo-stick-impact-adhesive-small-tubes/337) and the cork is 1.5mm, also available via our site (link here: www.dawkes.co.uk/cork-15cmx10cm-thickness-15mm-premium-sheets/2526) Thanks.
