Great video! Do you have any tips on time management? I have chaired a few times, and the problem that keeps recurring is time slipping away, and being left with around two more comparisons to make, or just about introducing CO's cobtributions and starting to compare them to other teams (since I've mostly gone chronologically through the teams and their contributions in the panel adjudication so far), and having to adjudicate those team comparisons and allocate speaker points in about 2 minutes, which is basically impossible.

Hey! My advice is to boil down the justification for each comparison to no more than three bullet points. You can also allocate time based on how close a comparison is. The closer the comparison, the more time you should spend explaining. This means that for comparisons that are clear, you should explain them quickly. I also do not recommend going chronologically through teams. I find that ranking 1>4 or 4>1 or starting with the top two teams was most effective in my time chairing.
