About 4 hours ago I got my slowking within 35 mins. I was so stoked! 😍😊 Thankfully I didn’t have to trade with some random on the net as I’ve been ripped off twice now having to trade a Pokémon to evolve with an item just to have someone trade me with no item so the thing doesn’t evolve for me. I’m so bloody happy to say the least!

I'm only doing this for the shiny charm

1997Mr Game and Watch makes sense I did give up on the sos so I just got bored then went onto wonder trade to see if I get a slowpoke even though I doubted I still did it and I'm lucky I did cause I got just what I was looking for' slowpoke

Can confirm this method works. Any time of day in that exact spot. Just keep chaining and eventually you’ll get it.

Slashy 16302 I was trying to get a politoad and got a shiny poliwhirl instead I wasn't upset

I got 2 accidental shiny slowpokes before a slowking so what the odds of the slowking are must be much lower than a shiny apparently (this is before shiny charm)

this has come in handy for me, as now the gts is unusable due to people creating hacked offers that crash your game upon finding them in the gts

it sucks when you’re trying to fill your pokédex and don’t have a quick way of trading.

I have been sitting for 2 hours, still haven't found shit...

found shiny slowpoke instead I' m quitting

I ran into 4 Bagons before I even encountered Slowpoke, figured it was a sign of good luck... two hours have passed since I begun my SOS battle with Slowpoke... No Slowking...

There is no way in hell that serebii's encounter rate for Slowking is accurate. The SOS Encounter rate for Slowbro is 20 percent The SOS Encounter rate for Slowking is also 20 percent Ive done about an hours worth of SOS and ive encountered maybe 8 or so slowbros but no slowking. Is the encounter rate rly 20 percent for the Slowking?

What they mean is this. On a sos call there is a lottery between 1 and 6. 6 being the rarest. If the lottery hits slot 6 its 20% chance that you get slowking. So the real % is 1% if you count in the randomization with those 6 slots

It is 20% that it will answer when it's slot is called. It's slot has a rather low call rate. So totalled up it's 1.3% chance that slowking will be called

Just got back into pokemon after a few years .. pokemon black was the last game I bought on time. This year finally started catching up so yeah my comment is years late lol. This slowking was much easier to find than the bagon on route 3. Literally found it with in five minutes; every time i restart my game also.

You can just evolve a slowpoke to a slowbro give it a kings rock deposit it in the gts and ask for slowking just wait 10 min it will be faster than to SOS a slowking , you can also do this for magmar , electabuzz , porygon and any other pokemon that evolves this way .

I have SOS’d this on three separate chains of 100 and still no shiny or Slowking. I’m going mad

At this moment I've encountered 32 yungoos' as well as 56 wingals. And one bagon ;( Edit: FOUND A SLOWPOKE.

I found a Shiny Regigigas faster than Slowking... Edit: Wow I decided to hunt for another Slowking and I found a Shiny Slowpoke...

Took me 3 hours to find slowking and i even got a shiny slowpoke like 40 minutes in lmao

I was up all night trying and never found a Slowking. :`(

I've been at it for a total of 5 hours soon. No Slowking Anyware

I remember before getting that slowking I actually found a shiny slowbro, I was so determined for that slowking so I ko the slowbro 😂

Was chaining while reading comments. Took about half an hour for a slowking. Edit: I accidentally ran away Edit 2: encountered slowbro first try

After two times, 1 time 1hour and 2nd time 45 min, before slowpoke killed it self. still no sign of a slowking
