Nicely done. I so throw my cast net so unorthodox it's not even right. Hey but it works. What part of the country are ya in. Or should I say where are you state wise. Southeast Iowa.

I can get it open fine. It’s not perfect every time but it gets the job done.

When I get on shad I throw till I can't catch them anymore. I ice them down and put them in the freezer because theres no guarentee I can catch them when I need them.

I do the same thing. I will split what i need for the day/night then everything else goes straight to a brine water mix to freeze

They recently upped the size of a cast net. It use to be you were only aloud to use a 3ft but it is now 12ft.

By chance was this in rock branch?

You do that in maryland and master will have head ! First we must beg and pay master to catch a fish and then follow 10,000 rules on how to do it just makes me sick. Help abolish the recreational fishing licenses

I always find them after floods in puddles especially near marinas
