I love your video. I just got my first Florida beauty, and I was looking for a guide on how to grow it properly, and I really like that you showed that lighting could affect the length of the internodal spacing! I need to make sure that I give my Florida beauty consistent lighting.

@@MissMoMoshiki thank you so much for watching! 🫶🏼 So glad you enjoyed it. The internodal spacing pretty much applies to most climbing plants. The more 'leggy' usually is a sign of light deficiency! Good luck with your Florida 💚

This was a great explanation as to how to make the Florida Green more full! When you cut and place into the moss pole, is the end of the cutting in the soil or you're just tying it to the moss pole and directing the arial roots toward the pole? Mine is currently just on a stake, so when I repot soon, I'll add the moss pole to help with this process! Thank you for a great video!

Thanks so much!! I don't place any of it into the soil, only on the moss pole. Just try to ensure as many aerial roots are touching the moss pole so it can start to establish a root system quickly 🙂

Hello, I recently bought a Florida Green, it is still very small, my idea is for it to be the top of a vertical crop indoors, I am not interested in a very large pot and I am interested in the roots that grow in spagnum moss. vertically, seeing that you already have that plant, does the plant need all the pot you use or do the roots use the spagnum more? Greetings from Barcelona

Hey 👋🏼 You could definitely grow the plant in just sphagnum moss! I think if you root a cutting in moss it will already be acclimatised to growing in that substrate. I'd just keep an eye on how often you water. Good luck 🫶🏼
