Simple and straight to the point.

I’ve had 20 ferns that didn’t strive. Now I live I. Southwest GA bout my first fern it was beautiful. I’ve had it a little over a month and it’s dying. I feel so sad. I have over 50 plants that’s been striving for years but can’t keep this plant striving. It’s in a 5 gallon container and was such a beautiful plant until I brought it home😢

@@GUPPYMOMCHANNEL how do you keep them alive? I’m in GA now and have killed 3! My husband bought a big beautiful one for me on our anniversary day this past December and guess what it’s dying on me😢. I water it on Wednesday and Saturday and I most it every other day. It’s not in direct sunlight either. I don’t think I want another one! I love them but I can’t keep them happy in life🥲🥲

I wondered about a hard pruning upon bringing them in for the winter and put in the basement where it is cooler-less light . What have I go to loose? If it doesn’t work-I buy new next spring!

I live in southern New York and just divided my huge Boston fern into 4 smaller ones and repotted them and brought them indoors and now you tell me that they’re going to die?! Great.

Trust me they won’t die if they get what they needed: Indirect light, humid, water and care. I live in Canada and my Boston fern are thriving in winter time indoor. Good luck

Get a few humidifiers to help them to have the right humidity, put a tray of stones under the plant if it's a floor plant and keep water in the tray. Mist the plants daily or even twice a day if they seem to need it. Don't put them near a heat or AC register.. the air blowing too close to them will dry them out. I am not a horticulturalist, but I am sure there are professionals online who can give advice on how to maintain the plant indoors over the winter. I actually bought mine yesterday because they are said to make GREAT houseplants because they require so little light. I am sure there are people who know how to raise them indoors.

Yes! They actually do great this way. Keep the humidity high around the plant and it will do great!

So what about morning sun and up to about 11? No evening sun.

We recommend top watering and allowing the water to run through the bottom of the pot to ensure the roots are saturated.

I was told they in door plants

How about cutting your hair that covers the whole one side of the face and eye.
