Just added a banjo catfish, they look awesome and clean up the sand with the trumpet snails. Such a odd little fish but so cool.

They're pretty cool. Considering them for an aquarium with some chill central American cichlids and various ( 4-6 inch) catfish

I probably wouldn’t suggest the cat fish especially if they get bigger than 4-6 inch. The banjos typically don’t grow more than 4 ish. Probably a good chance the Banjo would eventually get eaten. Cichlids also are notorious to pick at slow moving bottom dwellers but every fish is different ! Make sure you monitor closely if you proceed.

My one is in a community tank. He hides under the sand or in rocks all the time. He most probably comes out at night and eats leftovers. I have had him/her for about 8-10 years now. Doesn't really grow much lol.

How do you get bloodworms that sink to the bottom of your tank

Some almost always float. For me at least at least 1/2 sink. I just put enough in all at once I know some will sit on the bottom of the tank. Also you can de-thaw in a cup with water which helps.

To be honest with you Lex I’ve never kept Vampire shrimp before, I’d assume because they eat/dig in the substrate it would probably be a bad idea unfortunately. What do they eat exactly?
