I light a candle to indicate ceremony has begun. For me, this helps to clear the energies that are currently surrounding me and to make space for the new to come in 🔥 Not to mention, daily candle lighting calms the nervous system and sets you up to relax :) Every day is good for ceremony :)

Wow! Right after watching this video I immediately channeled my own mantra and it felt so magical! I had tingles through out my whole body! It feels very powerful n healing! Then I immediately had the meaning in my own words! Then I looked it up just to see what came up n the first part was the name for a chakra that came from India (which I didn't even realize at first with the 2 words connected) and the second part a polynesian word that means magical power!! Amazing! Thank you for this wonderful video that helped me tune in and channel my inner goddess powers!🙏💖

I channeled a short melody a couple of years ago. I started humming this melody when I felt I needed protection! As I’ve seen and met aa Michael I know he’s my guardian angel, I started singing Michael Michael Michael💫🎶💫 He shows me how to work with my own energy to protect myself. That it’s within my power. I’m still in training😇 About my angel calling melody, I was humming it, because I felt afraid riding back at the motorcycle. So instead of being afraid I started enjoying the nature while my man was driving. I stopped singing and enjoyed the ride, when I heard the most amazingly beautiful angels voices singing the same song, asking me to sing with them✨💫🎶💓🎶💫✨

I usually start my day with 1/2 hour Wim Hof breathing and a daily prayer for connecting with Angels to keep me on my highest path today so I can be of service to my self and others I also do a quick violet flame meditation to let my i am presence step in and connect with me and the white light protection meditation with surrounding myself in a white and golden circle affirming my guides and angels are around me protecting me and I am safe in my bubble of white light. I do this first thing in the morning but do another 2 round of1/2 hour Breathwork to still my mind at lunch and afternoon. It stills my mind and I get ideas of what are my priorities to do straight after breathwork. I also love the Jose Silva Centering meditation by Vishen Lakhiani and the vortex meditation by Abraham Hicks ❤

I love you so much!! 😁🛸💞before that horrific experience I had I spoke with my guides about if I should leave the relationship or not and they just kept answering “there’s no wrong answer, just be love” and I was like ok ok but that’s not a clear answer 😂 and although it was horrific what happened after I know they were there in the incident that followed to stop it at a certain point and save my life. In the end I was given the exact lesson and the exact amount of pressure I needed to learn. The universe is mad for sure lol! 😂❤and now I am actually really grateful it all happened the way it did, although even to me that seems totally crazy!

I feel like the most powerful way to summon my guides is with light language, or humming, when its for empowerment, advice, inspiration etc. I also like clicking my fingers and making a specific movement that symbolises focus, when i want protection, focus, cleansing, and empowerment sometimes. Then i hum and draw a bubble with that energy slowly with my hands. These are just two energies ive worked with, im still a beginner and want to connect with more as i go

You Guides if genuine will never tell you what to do! They can give you advice and guidance but never tell you what to do. Doing so will take away your sovereignty

I’ve been having this thing happen when I go to sleep I start humming. My husband told me I was doing it and I didn’t know I was, the second night I did I was aware of it but it was like it was channeling through me.

Meh. Too much work. I've spent years trying to get guidance - nothing. I hear people say promptings when one is in the flow are also your guides.......to which I say "why the f would I want help when I'm feeling good?" If a person curling up in a ball cries to the heavens and gets no help even though "we all have guidance"...than this system, is just BS. Might as well live without guides....life seems better. Imagine having no acess to spiritual information a 100 years ago or more.......are we for real with this BS?
