Very informative video and very well explained. One question, If u can plz answer The 0.8% to 6% is a huge gap what determines if we should use more steel to stay towards the higher end of AIC limit like 4% - 6% or to the min limit 0.8 -1%? Does it mean more steel is better ?

One Question Eg. If we cut section at bottom , we get 4% steel. For same column we cut section at lapping zone then we get greater than 4% steel (>4%) at that time IS code lap condition fail or not please say ( and for 6% steel at bottom and lap zone)
