5:12 ye 1:1:2 volumetric mix hai isliye 3-3-6 tagari chal jayega otherwise agar weight mix banana hoga to weighing karni padegi. Kyu ki same tagari m utna hi rui (cotton) bharoge aap to volume same hoga weight nhi.

LOGIC: cement/ sand/ aggregate, 1 tegari me approx. 17kg aayega, because all of them have approximately similar density no large variation in density of the materials makes the mass of materials per unit volume of "tegari" approx. 17kg(as per your example)

Sir generally site pe jo manually concrete mix karte h for column and beam usme 1 bag cement me 10 gamela sand or 12 gamela aggregate use karte h , ye sahi mix h kya?

in nominal mixing we do volumetric batching , in this video nominal ratios are taken for m25 hence volumetric batching is done. haan code m25 ke liye design mix ki baat karta hai par saath hi code me nominal ratio bhi given hai.

Depends on quality of sand which is lab proved strength.

Water ke bare me v bta dijiye .. Ye sbke alawa main water v Hota hai

What happen, when sand ratio increase, how much strength affected??? क्या होता है, जब रेत का अनुपात बढ़ जाता है, तो कितना बल प्रभावित होता है ???

Weight batching and volume batching me bahut different hai Bhai.

Aap ka kehna hai ki ek tagadi cement ka weight equal honga ek tagadi aggregate k jo ki wrong hai..

Bhai kisi ke makan mat girwa dena aap... ase dalta 8 rete ke 10 bajri ke hite h yar 1 bori me

Concrete me bahut jayda aggregate ho jayegi mix design ke rules se chaloge toh

Kya baat kar rahe ho yaar matlab kuchh bhi. Engineering ke rules ke hisaab se hi mix design banaya jata hai. And ratio by weight ke according hota hai theoretically wahi baat video mein batayi jaa rhi hai.

Density of all the materials are different.

M20 = 1:1.5:3 = 1+1.5+3 = 4.5. NOW, devide the cement quantity with sum and multiply with 1cum. Ex : 1(cement)*1cum/4.5 = 0.22 cum convert it to bags by deviding it 0.035 =0.22/0.035= 6.34 say 7 bags.. 0.035 taken because vol of 1 bag of cement(50kg) is 0.035cum

Brother, Cement , sand & aggregate , all 3 are of different nature. And that's why unka weight bhi same container me differ karega. So ise by weight na bana k direct jo ratio hai usme tigari count kar k banana, vo jyada appropriate hoga. 1:2:4 ratio hai toh, 1cement: 2sand: 4aggregate. Ye ban jaega manual mixer me daal k .. ..
