What he means i think is to lay the blocks and to connect them you use (mortar). Hence its you get a wet dripped mortor mix at 85 block recipe.. here in the US A tandem axledump truck can carry 20 tons per load for a couple hundred dollars.. to create the actual blocks use top first recipe.. Also i think 175 wheel barrows means wheel barrows OF SAND. I think.. still 17 tons of sand for mortar , wow that alot of shoveling.. need a mixer to make it easier. What is the average bedroom size there. A small house bedroom here in usa reg 8feet x 8 feet or a large reg bed room is 10 x10 .. or can be 8 x10,etc… with just 1 window per room .. depends on design..

Hi, for west Africa sierra Leone to be specific we do use solid block's 6" inches, for us we do use sand not quarry dust,if I want 3000 solid cement block with out quarry dust how to go about it.

3 bedroom with 2 toilet and a size dining kitchen inside, how much iron rod's I will use for pillars inn and round the building also to float the top concrete

Do you use querry dust and cement to build the house, or can you use either cement or querry dust to build not both? When making the blocks, both querry dust and cement are needed to be used?

Quarry dust is more consistent than sand because it is processed material. But it can be a bit expensive depending on location. So some people mix the two. You can use either quarry dust or sand on their own. But as I said quarry dust is more superior than sand.

Quarry dust has natural bonding ability comparing to sand. That is why quarry dust is also used when making cement.
