Just got myself the perlee clover bangle in HK, as VCA is not available in the Philippines. I wasn't really planning on getting it yet but my wonderful SA went above and beyond for me to get it on my size XS on the same day. Warmed my heart and as i have been dreaming about it for so loong that i bit the bullet😂.

I must've been blessed with an angel SA. I haven't struggle much to secure the pieces I want, include the holiday pendants. The stock hasn't been great in the recent years so I just tell my SA the pieces I want and usually hear back from her within a few weeks, even the hammered 5 motif that allegedly has a long waitlist. The problem with buying VCA pieces in Japan nowadays is everybody is trying to get it from there because of the weak yen and VAT refund. I've been there twice and they never have what I want in stock, despite me checking with the SA's 2 weeks before my trip. Now I just stick with shopping at my local boutique, eventually would like to place a special order 😊

When I walked in vca in Singapore, they had so many rare things available I was surprised.

I got my first one in 10 motifs guilloche vintage Alhambra 💝 waited 3 months. I got it from Dubai 💯

I just got the magic onyx Alhambra earrings. If I didn’t have a regular sales associate I never would have got my hands on them. I totally agree with you… the spacing of the diamonds is not flattering on the vintage Alhambra pave pieces. That’s why I’m waiting for the magic pave set (earrings and necklace) 😏. I love how the magic size are thoroughly and evenly slathered in diamonds.

Great video! I have purchased VCA pieces in Paris, Japan, and at my local US boutique. Unfortunately my local boutique is in Neiman Marcus and I am wondering if sticking with a VCA boutique in NM is a good idea when I am working toward a holiday pendant offer. I also wonder if they are limited with inventory because they are in NM. What do you suggest?

I think it definitely hinder your holiday pendant offer. My friend also shops at VCA in NM for several years, she rarely get offer the holiday pendant and when it's being offered, they don't offer her multiple pieces to choose from because they have very limited stock, so she has to buy what is offered or decline it. I started shopping at a local boutique 2 years ago, been offered the holiday pendant in both years at the first wave, and I get like 5 pieces to choose from.

@@tania.antonenkova Definitely Paris because of the VAT refund and other reasons you mentioned. Japan was great because they had what I was looking for but no boutique had it including Paris and London. That said this VCA boutique in Japan wasn’t participating in Duty Free shopping. No real savings there although I was really happy.

I got my first Van Cleef item in Osaka, Japan, as a walk-in customer, no purchase history, didnt know any SA. It was in October 2023. I got Alhambra vintage necklace mother of pearl. …. And at that time they had FULL stock of this necklace.

I have just placed a pre-order for the one motif sweet alhambra bracelet in hammered gold. I’m trying to complete my set in hammered gold. I have the white mother of pearl set in vintage size and malachite vintage alhambra earrings and the full set sweet alhambra carnelian. I’m gonna collect all the stones like infinity stones 😁 but I’m more into the sweet alhambra size now

Luxury items in Malaysia are cheapest yet because there is no luxury tax. I just pre ordered my 5 motif hammed golf bracelet 1 month back with 30% deposit. It’s close for pre order in US and Macau.

Hi, I got all my pieces so called hard to get ones on the vca Website in the USA. What you are suggesting comes at a high price to entertain a good relation to 1 boutique/ SA. You have to now pay 100 % down for an indefinite time and wait. If I did that I would still be waiting and instead of gaining interest of my funds VCA would do so with my money. I do not support that Business practice at all. I still have a lovely relation to an SA on a Personal Level and was offered the hp. So it's not really as you make it Sound in the video. I love your collection and Expertise otherwise. Have a lovely weekend ❤😊

So I don’t even try anymore and trust me, I have tried hard and at different times etc so I don’t know how you have done it 😅. In Canada i just walked into a store and ordered the diamond perlee bangle, it wasn't in store in the rose gold i wanted and SA said it will be delivered in 2-8 weeks. very simple, no wait, i had purchase history but this particular SA did not know about my purchase history until I stated my name. I don't understand why some have a hard time getting pieces. I had requested for a few other pieces and same timeline.

I think it’s mainly the us. That piece isn’t available to order in the us - I have it and had to wait a year before being offered to order one 🤯

Last year on august i just walk in and asked for 10 motif Alhambra hammered necklace in yellow gold and i scored 😊 and this year on February i walk in for asking the bracelet and i have to pre ordered and put on 10% deposit and my SA said could be 3-4months 😅 here in Hong Kong 🇭🇰

If you make the currency exchange and the add the customs you have to pay entering the US is not cheaper! I was about to get a piece in Barcelona and it wasn’t worth it, I preferred to use that money in Hermes and just get VCA in the US at any other time

I don't know about you but I claimed everything I buy oversea but rarely told to pay customs fee, or a very small amount like $50 when entering the US

I have waited not a few weeks, not a few months, but a year and 2 months for my Magic Alhambra 2 motif earrings!!!! It’s now impossible to get.

I understand Hermes because you really need to be trained to put together handbag and not many artisans can do it plus quality of leather, coloring etc so that’s why is shortage on bags, but what’s up with jewelry? They have shortage on gold or turquoise? Or mother of pearl? 🤣 Also piece of jewelry pretty easy to make this days you can make model on 3D printer and cast 20 at the time any jeweler can make it. It’s just metal and gemstones that’s why so many fakes. Never going to play their game. Sorry

Their resale value is higher than Cartier and Tiffany by a mile though. But people don't buy fine jewelry to resell, if you think like that it just mean you can't afford them. You can always shop at Kendra Scott or Claire's

I asked my SA to add me on. Turquoise is my favourite too but Alhambra will never come back unless special order with diamonds 🤦🏽‍♀️… I was offered but I just didn’t like the look prefer only 5 turquoise motif! 🩵
