There is a new group of true wholesalers coming into fruition this year and next truly giving the game and how to truly do creative. Subto will be a thing of the past next year. A community of non sales and non closers. They daisy chain like a mofo. 😅
This kid doesn’t know sales fact. Subto community just feeds on other peoples deals. He can’t even explain how to pull a foookkn list. Basically you want 15% or less equity list. Doesn’t matter how long they owned property. Why 15% because mls 6% commission. So this type list is a homeowner already knowing they are getting almost nothing to sale. Problem with subto community. They skirt around answers. Mainly because they don’t know. Point blank fact.
