Maybe it doesn't support it, if I were you I'd try adding a smaller amount first and seeing if it works. If it still doesn't work, then I'd withdraw the money, put it in your bank account and try putting it in through there instead.

You can buy a cheap pet first to see if it works (I’ve used starpets multiple times and it works perfectly fine!) also make sure you trade it on your alt account cause you might get banned if you do it on your main :)
