Sorry for the late reply, i hope it fixed! anyway if it's not fixed, don't worry just call the amazon customer care, you will get the tool free number to call them, just google amazon customer care! and once you called them, say them the issue your having the delivery, and they will approve the refund which will get back to your account with in 3 -4 days approximately, or they will suggest you an alternative way to fix this issue. thank you.

Johmar Mara You're most likely looking to shop from Amazon.com for items that are not available locally in Philippines or that are available at a high price. And shipping from the USA can be expensive, specially if you don't know what the import tax & duties will be; and Amazon.com might just not deliver to Philippines.

Quick question hopefully you guys could help me out I would really appreciate let's say if I wanted to buy something for a friend I created a new address and I put in all her information zip code where she lives and all that stuff right and once I wanted to pay does the shipping address have to be the same as my billing? yes you can pay on cash on delivery if you ordered an eligible item for that, and there are other ways that you can pay for the item, like netbanking, debit/credit cards and so on ( on site payment) You can choose what ever payment method available for the availabe option to pay for your item. and yes some items are eligible for cash on delivery as well. You need to pay shipping for the one that don't offer free shipping, if you are even add different items that offer a free shipping with it, because all the sellers on amazon aren't same, most of them are different location! thank you.

Nope, you just need to pay the item once, if anything cost for shipping that's included the item prices or total price, for more visit your cart and there you will find an option called estimate your shipping, just about the total amount! Thank you.
