I'm sorry but I can't help on this one. 1688 can be tricky to maneuver. Try creating a new account with new details.

No, i'm sorry I cant help with this. It's not clear why accounts get frozen so in thr end, people just end up re-registering with new credentials.

don't they need an export license? I did something like this but I ended up paying a middle man to get them here so basically paid the custom fees I pay from alixpress

Oh, I'm sorry that happened to you. 1688 doesn't use middlemen. you don't pay anything extra, no surprise costs. They tell you everything upfront before they ship from China.

1688 has been there for years and it's a great place to source products. You can create an account and buy directly from there or use an Agent which is what most people do.

Do you send Alipay directly to 1688 countries and send them to your country by express mail? If so, is the cost very high? I'm a local buyer in China

There are quite a number of shipping companied that ship from from China. You can Google them. The downloadable vendor list in the description also has a few shipping companies that you can explore.
