Great video Phil always very helpful content. Due to the increase in property prices in recent years I am unable to be a cash buyer I am about 25% short. I have 75% what other ways will I be able to make up the missing 25%? thanks

Thank you very much sir for your advice. But please I have a question. If I borrow money from friends and family to my account also sometimes credit cards give 1 and half year 0% interest and transfer the money to my account and manage the money overnight and try to buy a house with this cash money ! Is it gonna work like that ? Property could be under 60k. Is it will be a problem ? Thanks in advance.

At point 2.08 when talking about drainage drainage surveys who exactly does these is it the solicitors or surveyors?

A surveyor will do a drainage survey usually with a CCTV camera.

It makes no difference if you're a CB or not, if a property is under offer, then it remains that way, regardless if you can buy quicker. Sorry Phil, but i speak from experience.
