Got my Home from the NACA program, 1.125%, but I did put 20,000, to buy down my interest, they say it's no down payment, you will not get a house with no money, but this program, help me save, bring up my credit score, and I still follow the same budget plan, you have to have your ducks, in a row and be determined. It did take me 2yrs. to complete, because I stop and start. It works if you work it. 🖤🖤

I can testify to everything they said about NACA. I purchased my home in 2019 through NACA. I was also able buy my interest rate down to 2.125%. I tell everyone I know to look into Naca if you are looking to buy a home. Great program!!!

I’m currently going through the process myself. But it seem to be difficult to get answers when your counselor don’t respond back to you or when you call in, the reps. don’t know anything. Would you mind if I reach out to you and ask you a couple questions? I don’t have anyone around me that has went though the program.

Im the ONE and ONLY IN-House Real Estate agent with Detroit NACA ( Detroit Metropolitan area. (We only have one here)...... . You DO NOT NEED a 620 credit score!!! Where is that coming from? Please stop spreading mis-information. Credit score does not matter. I wish ppl would stop saying that, It will stop ppl from applying to the NACA program if they believe they need a 620. Also you can buy down interest rate to 0.125% .You 100% do not need a 620. I'm @BridgetteJeanette aka Bridgette Cooper Realtor and I approve this message.

The issue is that either the renter or the owner must in some way pay insurance and property taxes if they want a "permanent roof" with utilities like electricity, gas and water. Because of this, many people-at least in California, where I currently reside-are living in tents. No taxes, rent, mortgages, or insurance. The number of people who tell me they live in their car that I meet amazes me. Its crazy out here!

It’s getting wild by the day. The prices of homes are quite ridiculous and Mortgage prices has been skyrocketing on a roll(currently over 7%). Sometimes i wonder if to just invest my spare cash into the stock market and wait for a housing crash or just go ahead to buy a home anyways.

Since the most recent property appraisals rent is now equal to typical mortgage payments. The main difference is upfront costs and maintenance that comes with purchasing a home that throws off most people. Learn to fix stuff in your rental and put the parts used to your rent bill.

Awesome content. 👍 I gotta share this channel and the info with some people to help balance things out. A lot of people fail to realize that if have some communities too imbalanced with people experiencing toxic environments all day everyday with the same thoughts and sights of struggles and hopelessness all around them then theirs not going to be much motivation and positive ideas to do productive things for most that may be feeling depression. And if they give others a chance to see all kinds of positive potential and ideas with happier people all around them to help inspired them and make them see other options to feel more potential within themselves, then that opens a lot of chances for them to take good knowledge like to turn things around for themselves and help others back all around everywhere in life. Everyones struggling on different levels of a society forever now dealing with hidden unspoken cast system of sorts issues with a lot of others and within their own sectors also.. the gate keeping and scarcity mindsets have got to stop all around in all areas (other than putting these queens and 304s in their places because things have gotten too far out of line... Including all the simping that's been going on) 😤 And I'm just going to say it that it's important to remind everyone never to forget some things and important events but everyone has got to stop taking things out on an innocent generation that growing up having had no part of those things and want no part of ever going there with anybody that we all know about thinking that so many people aren't aware that here's all our start to do better for ourselves and everyone else now to all get along universally. I want to say the youth is the future and some happy things...but realistically I can't until soy-society starts to agree that the logical people know what a real woman is and we know the real ABCs and you can't just make up things and demand being right because you feel like it. 😒 I feel like Tony Robbins bank is appreciating this content so much right now. 😅

NACA is like the MLM company of the mortgage industry! The product is stellar but the operations need ALOT of improvement and structure and few yield the success story. While the guest makes a point that it is a nonprofit does not negate it is a business. People (no matter the background) should NOT have to pay and beg to get the service. It's great if you can get their mortgage product but it is more than a gauntlet to successfully get through the process.
