Thank you for your questions. There are legal ways of doing it. When you are at that stage, please get in touch with my office and we’ll guide you. FYI when a lawyer is representing you in purchase of a Canadian business you’ll deposit the purchase amount in lawyer’s trust account who will then pay to the seller’s lawyer after due diligence and at the time of closing this transaction. A few businesses may cost as low as $ 50,000 US

Im coming as pr in canada. Can i open a business with my sisters (us citizen) so that they can come as well. If yes, how much investment would they need. Thank u.

A foreign national needs a valid immigration status to run a business in Canada. A visitor is not allowed to work or operate a Canadian business. Any one can buy property in Canada but foreign nationals may be required to pay foreign buyer's tax. Hi Sikander, I'm not an expert in banking or financing, however, generally, it depends on multiple factors including your duration of stay in Canada, income in Canada, tax paid in Canada, credit history, security/collateral you may offer to the bank, co-signor etc.
