your natural hair is gorgeous!! inspires me to do more protective styles. i’m going to try this hairstyle since hair shops have opened back up again properly BUT i wanted to know how easy is it to undo? where did you start unloosen it from?

I love this and will give it a go- you made it look so east. I currently have half a pack of this hair/ similar so will test it with that as I am such a novice. If that all works out then I’ll be ordering some more packs, I’ll be looking cute this lockdown thanks to you (hopefully). Tfs

Yass you should defo test it out with the hair you currently have. Trust me its so easy to do, and even if you mess up, its all part of the distressed look 😉

I dont fully wash out all of my conditioner when washing my hair, I leave a little bit left over and then use the Shea Moisture or Cantu leave in

I took mine down after 2 weeks because I get bored very quickly and I wanted to do something else. But some people keep them in for up to 4-6 weeks. Removing them was super easy, took about 5 mins to get them all out. I just feel my roots for the start of twist, and pull the twist completely out from the loc at the roots. Then just cut the top of the extension and it comes right off. Chev B has a video on how she removed hers if you want to see how its done.
