I remember this car. I met Buddy Martin in 97, when he was a guest speaker at a chassis school. Nice guy.

The build is beautiful, and the step by step video was perfect. I'm just starting the kit ,so this should be a great help. I,m going to try spark plug wires for the first time. Thanks.

I havent built a model in 60 years ,are you still using Testors model glue ,or now i hear using crazy glue for assembly? Thanks for your video .

Ray, Welcome back to the hobby and, to answer your question - yes and yes! Models often require a range of adhesives. CA glue is nice, but doesn't always work in certain situations. Slow-setting adhesives like tube glue and epoxy are often employed when positioning is difficult or can't be done prior to attachment. Thanks for watching and please subscribe if you haven't already, to help us continue our mission to inspire more modelers! -Doug

Revell recently released a stock 1970 dodge charger kit. I'd love to see a build of it.

what is your opinion on the molotow chrome?

MMM, I has it's applications. Small areas like mirror faces are stunning but you have to apply it properly. I haven't tried to spray it yet. That might be another plus. When applied to larger areas you really shouldn't go back over what you've already done. The key is to keep it wet and keep moving. Overall, it's a great new addition to the modelers tool chest! -Doug

Charlie Mac That's one of my pet peeves too. Kit manufacturers seem to have a blind-spot when it comes to realizing the steering :(

On the actual car the tie rod runs through the oil pan , it was a deep sump oil pan . This was before the widespread use of dry sump oiling systems
