This is such an amazing achievement this kit. For a company the size of JR Salvinos to produce a kit of this detail level and accuracy in time for the first quarter of the season is a phenomenal achievement. I have one on the way to the UK for me this week!

Especially since Lionel can't get it together and won't have next gen diecast until the middle of July over halfway through the season.

After nearly 50 years of enjoying the hobby, todays video made me realize what I've been doing incorrectly. When gluing you HAVE to ad "Keblunk, keplow, and kerplunky!" Thanks Luka, I've learned something new once again from you. LOL

That is an absolutely amazing kit. They have done a wonderful job with this kit. Probably a little more complex for a beginning builder, but it’s perfect for an experienced modeler. Your tips during the build series are wonderful. Then the input from Jim has been welcomed. Luka build another model in 2022. WOW!!!!! Thanks for sharing.

Luka you did such a easy to understand build, you have inspired me to take on building this hotrod. Hoping it will go as easy as you made it look. A sign of a master builder is making something look easy that isn't. Great videos Luka.

This kit is sooo cool! I use that Tamiya glue and it works amazing for stock cars with multiple bars to set up! really loving this series!

Luka, i got a LeMans kit in the mail sure enough it had a front fender cracked. All he ask for was my address. 3 days later i get a box with the body and hood in it. I put a huge thank you on the page.

It has been great to see you build this kit on your channel. I've enjoyed every video so far. The Tamiya extra thin regular and quick setting glues are by far the best I have ever used. If I build this car in the future as I'm not a NASCAR fan (NHRA fan here) I want to do a #3 Dale Earnhardt as if he was still with us and driving the new next gen car. When we lost Dale I stopped watching NASCAR. But I would love to build a fantasy next gen Big E #3.

That's funny you mentioned Round2 not getting your parts out to you yet. Back in 2020 I was missing a steering wheel out of the joker goon car kit, I received it within 8 weeks. Kinda odd that in the early months of the pandemic with them working with less people was still to get my part to me within 8 weeks lol.

Thanks again for sharing this. Can't wait to build this. BTW, totally agree with your comments on Salvino's customer service. I bought the 1971 Charger model generic version that had a distorted A pillar. Seemed like the box was overstuffed with all the kit goodies, but it crushed an A pillar. Email to Salvino's had me a replacement body within a week or so. Excellent customer service.

Oh, and btw, I was 100% certain you were gonna pooch that new exhaust tip off the bench again....bravo for getting it on the car!!

I'm not a fan of the chassis only being built by one manufacture. Although the racing has been great so far. The similarities of those other cars is partly because the cup cars are basically GT cars made for road course racing (that is why they are taking it to La Mans). Anyways, I might have to get one of these kits, not the most detailed for a modern kit, but it looks like it goes together really nicely. Just not sure what one to get at the moment. One side note, it is strange they want the body to be glued on when they give you trunk details.

Very nice. I would be tempted to leave that rear deck off to see the fuel cell and rear differential.

Now I am curious to what car you are making!!

Luka Cee, i had that problem with a Lemans the body was cracked. Contacted Jim and had another body with in the week

The Dallara Chassis looks easy to built not like the Gen2-Gen6 model kits chassis and the A-C post are generic can choose any manufactures they decided to choose some teams races with generic some teams don't I just love the NextGen cars and it looks just like on the streets

Getting this kit and getting to hold a 3d scaled version of the body really let's you get how nice looking these cars are.

I am very dissatisfied with the kit I received from Model Roundup. Poor fitment in multiple places, lots of missing parts. I’m not totally unsure that the kit was opened and robbed of parts and resealed. I followed your video and the model instructions to the letter but still had to make multiple and major modifications. Also, I found several misformed parts. I, like you, am a long time modeler , so I’m not inexperienced. I have reached out to S JR but haven’t heard back from them. Anyway, yours looks awesome and I just wish mine would have gone together like that. I guess I was just unlucky enough to get the one lemon out of the bunch. I will be very hesitant to purchase another one . Keep up the great work. I have learned a lot from you and I appreciate it. Say hi to Felix 👋

They all come out if the same mold. So I cannot see that there would be some kits fit differently than others.

That how they are.

That grill blank is used for qualifying only. The less air flow the more HP you get out of the car.

I would like to see the Petty Roadrunner built up when it comes out. I cant wait for the Ford versionof this kit. I want to build the Mustang.

Great series. You've really got me hooked on SalvinosJR models with it. Through the course of this series, you have flashed up photos of NASCAR racers in the shop as reference photos. Where do you source these photos for reference? I have looked everywhere and cannot find them. I need good reference photos for my NASCAR builds. Help!

I've seen one does already. Looks super cool.

Kind of a disappointment that the rear cover - over the rear axle and fuel cell - covers all the fine paint and detail of those components. I think, that if I were to build this kit, I would try to modify the floor plate and the trunk area to be able to see all the other hidden details.

Yes it is. That's why I've got to build a detailed model of the rolling chassis without the body and inner panels. And no bottom plate.

How do you set the seat in. Mine sits to low and I don't understand how to get it up

Thanks Luca. One request. Please ask Salvinos to phone the people at Repco Australia Supercars. We want a good Gen 3 Mustang or Camaro with decal sheets for all teams. You Yanks would love them too.

The beat advice I can give is do not paint the white frame and everything else will fall into place

I do not think if there has been one done. But if there is a manufacturer that would. It would be Aoshsma. They did earlier Toyota trucks.

What you just showed those road course cars looks to be leading that direction in NASCAR. Im sorry these are good kits are nicely made to fit straight forward but im still stuck in the 70's and 80's real steel days.

Does anybody know when the Fords are coming out ?

Hey Luca is "chingadera" at technical term? LOL I'm from El Paso, so I know what you mean, but you might want to explain "chingadera" to the rest of the world. Great build!!!

I understand what todays NASCAR cars are built like and im no fan of there cars at all. The guys come out with a highly detailed car to meet todays cup cars. They do look like a Trans Am road course car.

One of the most important things I learned from models is R.T.F.D Read the f#@king directions

I’m ready to start on the body of mine, wanted to see how you were dealing with the decals and clearcoat … the instructions advise NOT to use clearcoat with the decals, so I’m hesitant to start.
