thank for your tutorial, I was able to follow your instructions and I created an awesome to-do list. Can you add documents to the list?

@@scottmudrauskas8347 Glad you found this helpful! Yes, you can link G-drive documents in any cell! Copy the link of the document, then via the ribbon go to Insert>🔗Link. Hope this answers your question.
Awsome video
good
This is great! My view looks slightly different - my dropdowns have gray bubbles which are ugly and busy looking. They also make it harder to see the conditional formatting. Do you know how to replicate this and how to remove the bubbles?

Found the answer already. Under Data Validation > Advanced Options > Display Style > don't use "Chip"!

Hi Tyeishea, I'm very glad you found this video helpful! And kudos to you for upskilling yourself as you embark on your entrepreneurial journey👏 You can both access and edit the list via your phone although you might find it not to be as user-friendly as via your pc/laptop. You can also download the Google Sheets app instead of accessing your list via the Drive.

Thanks for the video helped me a lot. Is there a way to move the completed tasks at the bottom or other sheet?

Thanks, glad you found it useful! You can use the 'Filter' function to hide the Completed tasks.
Thanks for your support 🙂🙂🙂🙂
Hi, is there a way for the entire row to change color and not just one specific cell? Thanks!

Hello Anna, this is a very good question! Yes, you can! I will try to upload a video soon to cover how this is done, but meanwhile please follow the simple steps I outlined below (the cells referenced are based on the sheet I created in the video): 1) Highlight column E and then from the top ribbon click on Format>Conditional Formatting and delete all rules applied on column E to start fresh 2) Go to cell E2, and then from the top ribbon click on Format>Conditional Formatting>+Add another rule 3) In the "Apply to range" field, type "A2:G2" so that the entire row is highlighted when the rule is applied 4) Under "Format rules," select "Custom formula is" from the drop-down menu 5) Under "Format rules," in the "Value or formula" field, type =$E2="Completed" The $ sign is used to signal to Google Sheets that the focus is on what changes in the cells in column E 6) Under "Formatting Style," select the "Fill color" as green 7) Click on "Done" 8) Right click on cell E2 and select Copy 9) Highlight all cells below E2 in column E, and then right click and select Paste special>Conditional formatting only 10) Repeat all steps above for "Not started", "In progress" and "Delayed" using grey, yellow and red colors. Let me know if this works!🤩
If anyone created the Google Sheets same as it in video... Please Share the link... So that I can make a copy of It and use it. Thank You
I added a new task, but when the task description was floating, it didn't wrap it. I thought I have done it for all columns before (like you did). Do I need to do it again?

Hi Jorgen, thank you for your comment. Yes, it should work for all the columns you applied the wrapping to. Perhaps try again and see if it works this time or not.
I also want ti add one more thing that once the tadk is completted i want it to move to the last. Can you help on that pls

Hello, thank you for watching the tutorial and for your comment. You can use the Filter function to view only for e.g. 'Not started', 'In progress' and 'Delayed' tasks, and hide 'Completed' tasks. Hope this helps.
Google sheets and excel are not complicated to be understood.
Audio is WAY too low.

Yes, the volume is a bit low in this video. I will make sure it's better in the next video, thanks!
