Let yourself have bad days, accept criticism, and to try not to talk yourself down I think are the most important ones. Too many negative comments are thrown around for you to well, survive, if you can't ignore them. This was quite nice, hope to see more from you!

Confidence is a mixture of many ingredients all together. The ingredients are, such as knowledge, experiences, skills, trainings, testings, practices, judgements and many many others. To build a confidence requires time, endurance, patient and more. Today, I feel lucky and happy to learn "build a confidence" from you.
