I have battle pass(don't know what it's called in this game) weapon and using it as a stat stick on her. Should I pull for her weapon or save for changli?

Cost 3 me double spectro if no signature and spectro + attack if signature available. Liberation ek bonus dmg hai jo main dmg aur rotation ke liye important nhi hai so ER on 3 cost is not worth it and will loose a lot of dps.
