Love thiss!! However, I’m a hairstylist who is really struggling on building relationships with clients due to social anxiety. And I notice with the clients I don’t talk to, they never come back. It’s very hard seeing them never return. Do you have any tips regarding building relationships with client & how to ensure they’ll be a regular as well?

I have the same problem but I’m learning that I got to stop using that as a crutch because it’ll only drag me down, take time to think why you have that anxiety and find solutions to attack it head on. There’s a countdown method where you count down from 5 and once I get to 0 I jump into it act like the stylist I picture in my head. Hope this helped some💕

Awesome Video I been in the Hair Industry since my teenage years, I tried to go to Cosmetology School during 2008 but I couldn’t get Financial Aid. I been a Licensed Natural Hair Stylist since 2014. I been debating now to go back to cosmetology school but in North Carolina having a Licensed Natural Hair Stylist we do most things except doing Relaxers. I also a hair braider and do crochets.

Yes!!! Exactly that!! If I loveeee it, I love it and I love doing it. I don’t believe passion always equals profit (in the sense of $$) it could be profitable for you and your business in the future. I do much more editorial work now because I love it & it’s all free work. However, I don’t believe I’ll be doing editorial work for free in the next (1-2) years.
