I have all the DnD Crew Houses built, Mike, Lucas, Dustin and Wills. I also added a Shed to the Back of my Byers House Build, so this fit perfectly in a forest patch I had created relatively far from his House. Noice Work

Hold down A on the s and if that doesn’t work you can just dye the sign and put a glow sack on it so it stands out
