    At 0:27 I meant to say the finish gable runs tight to the underside of the (counter).

    On the exposed faces I used 1/8” thick solid wood. I laminate them with wood glue. For the cabinet interior I used pre-glued walnut veneer edge banding. If you refer to the first video in this series there is footage of both processes. Minimize the overhang when you laminate the solid wood to the panel edge so there’s less work for your trim router and less chance for tear out.
