Great job, nice and clean. I like it a lot. Just get rid of the biohome and put more scrubbers in, they are better.

Thank you! Scrubbers are nice, but they start to fall apart; the netting bags help to keep them all together as they unravel. I also had the Biohome sitting around.

How is the pump set up to move the water into and out of the sump

The pump pulls water which comes in through the overflow end, and then pumps then water out of a hole drilled through the glass on the pump end. I'll try to put a more detailed video out with my next project.

There has to be a Drain pipe and Return pump pipe or return pipe. Water from the tank to the sump going through the Chemical/Biological/Chemical media ..the collective water again pumped back into the tank. The concept of sump in simple term. Some calculations are needed for overflow aspect.

I love this, my water very clear but i realise i loose so much water due to evaporation, i have about four tanks which ive done like this, and after a about two weeks the water in the pump area is too low almost empty , any tips or is this just a normal phenomenon

If water in the pump area is low, it is not due to evaporation. Most likely your filter media and sponges are clogging slightly over time reducing flow rate into your internal sump. This leads to water flowing in slower than your pump is pumping it out. There are two main solutions to this, one is to reduce the output of your pump, or second, you need a bigger overflow.

It's a Sicce Silent 3.0, and it's been running for 2 years without any problems.

Let's see you put what you did on a already made tank and put it on the outside existing wall. To keep your space
