This is the best, most organized, most useful, most realistic in both looks AND use!!! I’m still trying to rap my head around this awsome build

FIX! If your items get stuck in the sea lanterns and sticky pistons don’t retract: the retraction signal activates when your item drops into the first hopper (not the one directly connected to the delivery chest). The droppers drop path when pistons are extended for delivery is to the second hopper, the one connected directly to the delivery chest (which sea lanterns block). I did try the fix others mentioned of removing the lanterns and/or replacing them with stairs, but that won’t resolve this issue (didn’t for me). Here is how I fixed it: 1) remove the lanterns and armor stands; 2) Turn your delivery chest sideways; 3) replace the second hopper (the one connected to the delivery chest) with another chest, making the delivery chest a double chest. Two more hoppers: Add a hopper above the existing hopper, feeding DOWN into it. Add another hopper above the new, double chest that feeds back into this new hopper. Don’t forget your surround walls to keep items falling straight down into the hoppers. You can then use item frames to display your sale items, but I went ahead and added the armor stands back in. I put them one block forward and to the right of the buttons so that they don’t block dropping items nor the delivery chest access (originally were on the left of the buttons). Hope it helps!

I really like the aesthetics of your design, it is really convoluted though. I managed to compact it quite a bit, and simplify the redstone while keeping the same functionality and form. I do like it though, its very aesthetically pleasing.

@@Mr.BlackRose lol that comment feels like a life time ago. These days with working more, haven’t really gotten back into Minecraft. Never actually wound up finishing Kino Der Toten, got all rooms done except for the Theater which was the biggest struggle because of trying to connect the barriers to it properly. Was gonna add in these machines afterwards but since I never finished, I didn’t. There’s no way I’d take time to make town unless I get some passion to finish Kino first at some point. Town would just be an entirely other beast.

I did it and I gave the armor stands invisibility to make it look epic

You should make a dungeon map with puzzles and traps

Please do either a working garage door (no command blocks/mods) or a working submarine (no command blcoks/mods)

you can also use command block repeat to make the armor stand invicible so the item looks like floating

hi!! does this still work as of 1.19? i'm currently attempting to build it now and i'm following you exactly, but the sticky pistons won't close and my item won't dispense into the chest. i've even started completely over and rebuilt it, but still the same issue. the item definitely dispenses because it's gone from the dropper, but i can't find it after it drops. any ideas as to what could be happening? thanks!

@@TheFlareGuy My thinking was that it would reduce the overall capacity to accept payment, but would be cheaper to set up. The slots only need to have something in them so they reject non-payment items. I’m pretty sure it would work, as the Not Wheat method works in other sorting systems, but I never got around to trying it.

Check the red stone signal, and make sure it does not turn off the red stone torch for the item filter. Of course if ur object only stacks up to 1 or 16, you might have to do some experimenting. Or just search it up

Items aren’t making their way into the chest after I hit the button they stay float above the hopper that returns the pistons or they get stuck in the sea lanterns wats happening?? Are they getting stuck inside the lantern on the armor stand or something? Am I the only one having this problem on Xbox 1.16.2

Fed X I have seen some comments concerning the two droppers that face one another closest to the redstone torches. One dropper will drop into the 2nd dropper, however, the 2nd will not return the item into the first. I have tried to solve this issue but my very limited redstone abilities has reached its limits. Please advise if possible.

On mine the two droppers that face each other aren’t working. They prevent the items from going into the chest to get them.

Really? You didn't follow the steps I know. It happen same to me. You should change the block on the below to something different, example if the top was blue you should make the below different like pink as you see the below he made it pink and it got me an idea.

My currency item hopper keeps funneling the items down into the chest below, I cannot figure out how to make that stop no matter how i position the bottom hopper.....

in 1.16.5 sticky pistons cant move droppers or dispensers, am i just not gonna be able to build this?

I have the same problem. Edit; fixed it. You NEED a block between the red stone torch and the block the hopper is going in to.

I don't think it works anymore in the latest version of Minecraft I built it exactly how you did spam prevention system included and it wouldn't turn of after the purchased item went into hopper Edit: I looked and it's because the second dropper facing the first one won't send the dirt block back to the first to turn it off. Note: to prevent confusion it's the dropper he put the emerald into for a deactivation after purchase system

Just make sure the second hopper closest to the wall is facing the first hopper and make the chest underneath a double chest for people to grab and it should retract. Worked for me. And add a hopper on top of the one closer to the back.

​@@dexterbriceno5265 the issue theyre having is the same as mine. The 2 droppers facing each other in the back, the one with the emerald in the video, arent volleyballing the emerald back and forth like its supposed to turn off. It just drops the emerald out.

Can you make an updated version if possible? The items being bought get stuck in the lamps

I can't really tell where you are putting blocks when you're installing the redstone. I can't get it to work on ps4 in creative

I learned something after pulling my hair out (see photo :P ) for hours. This won't work in the Java edition. Sticky pistons won't move dispensers, droppers, etc.

Alright everyone is hating on bundles, but imagine you have a vending machine that gives a bundle filled with a stack of iron per diamond you put in, instead of having to dispense every individual ingot.

I am having a problem. When I put the payment in the hopper it just puts them in the chest where my payment goes.

I need help the item that i buy does not go into the hopper it gets stuck and does not glitch through the dropper instead it stays at the dropper and i have to go around and pick it up and throw it into the hopper then it goes into the chest. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Love the design but I made a few modifications for my own use, i made the bottom of the vending machine full blocks and at the base in front of it added a hopper instead of the dropper, and a upward dropper instead of the chest with a simple extension with an observer watching the sticky piston in the anti-theft part. I also added a counter so I can tell if anyone breaks in to get their money back.
