I got some great info on items to add to my kit and I thank you for that. In return, I would recommend a commercial tourniquet like A CAT or SOF,-T be added to your kit.

Great videos. It might be in the trauma bag, but steri-strips are a good addition. They work well and are in packs the size of a knee bandaid.

That's a great idea, I'll have to add that in. Would be great for keeping a wound clean out there given all the bushwacking/wading we do.

@@mattbalcombe648 yeah they’re the best for anything that might need stitches and wants to keep opening back up. The ERs use them all the time since there is no need for freezing.

Awesome video! I definitely like your well equipped first aide kit! I would also say benadryl is an excellent sleep aide, often used to help people get over restless nights. I wrote down some of the medications you mentioned that I had not thought of. Thanks for sharing this video! I look forward to your next one! Rick From Virginia

@Matt Balcombe Years ago, I was camping and got some pretty bad hornet stings. No first aide kit but another camper told me to wet a cigarette butt that was on the ground and put it on the spots where I was stung..instant relief! It turns out nicotine in the cigarette filter dulled the pain! After that I always carried a fist aide kit! Thanks again for your video!
