Great design. I have the same model saw so I followed your build but I'm not sure how you lock the motor to change the blade. I have thought about a 3mm hole from the rear to push a rod through to engage the lock. how do you lock the motor, please?

It's a complicated build,, but it's a full fledged contractor's saw!

For a good diy table saw,we must have a good table saw.

A nice exercise but I think the cost of parts and time spent do not justify the effort. Not to say that you used quality tools, even a table saw (?😊) to build this.

may i ask what makita model circular you used to this build?

I use makita N5900B 230mm circular saw,power 2000W,speed 4100 rpm and replace it with a 250 mm blade Thanks for watching!
