One of the things I love about your podcast is the attitude of the people who are successful: a combination of will, hard work and humbleness. Keep up the great work.
Most Relevant podcast i have ever seen related to digital marketing…Ali khan Swati is the most genuine person i have ever seen.. so much thankful to be a part of his training #aliswatiarmy
Ali Swati is the type of person I see myself associated with in the upcoming 2-3 years, or sooner. 22Yo. Running a paid advertisement only agency. Growing towards learning the curves along Brand building. Ali if you read this, remember my name, I'll reach out to you soon. IA.
Loved the podcast and the insights. I've met Ali Swati back in 2021 once, and all the things he has said are the same. He's a genuine person who wants others to succeed.

Yar What a beautiful & knowledgeable discussion. Worth watching. Jazak'Allah kher Muzamil bhae for this ❤
The reason why you won't find a good Freelancer in Pakistan is becuase a good freelancer would never work for a Pakistani Client. I've been working as a freelance Video editor for 5 years. I've only done 2 projects for Pakistani clients and those 2 projects were pure headache for me. Pakistani clients don't want to pay good but want the same quality of work that I'm doing for a gora client. If you want to pay Beginner level salary then you're going to get a beginner level seller.
This can be of my interest, let's watch and comment later Although I have watched almost 70 80 percent of your podcasts. Your content is good and informative and fills in almost all the gaps
You get the success when you love the process not the outcome. Thank you Ali bhai for addressing this issue. Loved it.
Love this convo, finally with same pov that says dont sell manjan of happily ever after over night but work hard in the field you are patienate about

@@AliSwati Amazing conversation 👏 The need of hour. I also graduated back in 2013 with Computer Arts degree from FJWU Rawalpindi. In our Graphic Design course we actually learnt to create designs by hand and then used to convert them in digital. Matlab uss time actual mehnet krtae thae ham. And yes 2015 tk acchae designers nazr aatae thae uss k baad sae downfall. I also find resources related to Graphic Design, video editing etc for project based work but wohi baat k acchae portfolios hii nhi miltae.

Very greatful podcast
amazing one
very informative podcast
Great
I agree about Upskilling yourself 100% but leading people to believe that they should work for free in a company for 3 months all for the sake of experience isn't something to encourage in Pakistan especially with how bad the economy is. Companies also need to treat interns better. It isn't a matter of paying them but respecting their efforts enough to pay them. These Interns are not in school anymore so using that example doesn't make sense in the slightest. There's a reason there are paid internships outside Pakistan and occasionally some paid ones here as well. It's easy to say that they're gaining experience while working for you but they are still WORKING for you. Why is it so hard to pay Interns here in Pakistan? If not for them, then atleast for the company reputation..
Mashallah ❤
Brother you are doing best.

ending 97 percent in failures is also good. In life, we learn from failures. There is also chance that we can be in 3 percent😄😀😄
How can someone learn from you (for apprenticeship).
I agree with almost everything but I have to disagree at 56:00 , I am totally against the concept of Internships in Pakistan (at least the ones that do not pay). To put some context, if there is an unpaid internship you automatically filter out the extremely talented people who do not have the financial capacity to work for free. From the side of the corporation, people treat internees like garbage (there are always exceptions). I have done multiple internships in Pakistan and all of them were unpaid. Some as a Graphics designer with multiple years of Freelance experience who wanted to go on a path similar to Mr Swati and learn about corporate culture as well as during my Bachelors degree as an Engineer. The tasks I was given were not what I signed up for. Getting coffee and going to the copy maching to make copies was a waste of time. The problem that I felt was that because there was no monitary attachement for the employer/supervisor, they were least bothered to teach. My experience was exactly opposite to it during my Paid Internship in Germany. Even though my supervisor did not have much time they were accountable for me as I was being paid. This made the supervisors to use my presence effectively instead of giving me menial tasks. You can give arguments in favor of my supervisors that they were good natured people, that might be true but I know for a fact that they had to budget for me in their Project Planning. This lead them to use me as a limited resource and not an unlimited one. The concept of apprenticeship is good but again this needs to be paid. The Backbone of German economy is based on the Ausbuilding (apprenticeship) which again is paid. Germany is not a perfect model and there are so many things they do incorrectly, but we can always learn from things that are done correctly.

Hey, i already have a youtube channel and complete free course and mentorship is available on it and my whatsapp group.
Ali swati you beauty
No doubt there is an issue with talent in Pakistan but the other side of the story is that we don't have good human resource professionals in Pakistan. It wouldn't be an understatement to say we lack miles behind against human resource practices. You should explore that side of the story too

Just to clear some stats here US e-commerce is close to 16% of total retail not 60%. If you exclude Automobiles and Restaurants the total % e-commerce is close to 20%. Source: Statista

Degrees are valuable because you spend time in an environment which cultivates your personality. But what do you have to say about the substandard teaching that goes on in most of our top-rated universities. The number of teachers who know how to deliver their content and reach the students is also in and around a "3 percent" mark.
Muzammil are approaching women cricket team , you should call nida dar and somebody senior from women in green , I was thinking this subject need a talk
Muzammil bhai invite Zeeshan Afzal
Can someone assist is there any speaking issue with ali swati?
New graduation sy pocho to wo kehta hn k mai ny hacking krna hn 😂😅😂
hisham sarwar, sunny ali jeson ne market kharab kardi hai kuch din pehle ek company ne reach out kiya jab mene unhe proposal bheja to reject krdiya sirf pricing ki wajah say k log to itny m kar rahay h ap ki agency bht charge kar rhi hai
54:30 The reason why freelancers are not interested in Pakistani market is the low payout. USA market mai 500 words k article k lye $50 b mil jata ha but most of the Pakistani companies are not even interested in spending 1000 for 500 words. Content writer ko zaleel kya jata ha. 3000 words /day lye katy ha 25000 salar py. No one would be interested in an industry like this.
stop manjan seller full info do agr seller bnaana h ni to market ka satyanas na kro
Apprenticeship =شاگردی
The topic of the podcast isn't matching with the discussion.
The only solution is to stop corruption in country & bring back merit so we dont leave our home country pakistan. When you got no respect in your own country and paid for your work in less then your talent and cream move abroad its that simple. Talent is everywhere in Pakistan but the truth is these tiktokers and easy earning money ppl from a non degree holder or uneducated person has access to market which diverts youth and a degree holder has no respect within his own domain. So when these things will be fine then our youth will be back on track.
