I would say, many people turn to counselors rather than “friends”/family because they cannot trust those people. Telling a counselor locks your info in and doesn’t allow it to spread on the gossip train.

So Dr Axe what do you do if you're feeling anxious about the news these days ? What is the cure to anxiety caused by nerves due to mass eradication. What do we do when guilty parties aren't willing to see the real truth.

Stop watching tv, reading newspapers, listening to radio stations that are negatively programming you. Don't surround yourself with negative people or in negative situations. And instead listen, watch, read things that are uplifting, inspiring, relaxing, positive, spiritual, connecting you. Slow down! Walk in nature slowly barefoot on the grass, meditate, listen to Tibetan, classical Indian/meditation music, do art, bathe in (warm) water, do somatic excercises to calm and regulate the nervous system. And when you are ready start healing your past traumas. You are in control of your own life and your health or you let others control you.

I guess you will add more complexity to this in the talk, but the title is extremely misleading and overgeneralizing. Like you were suggesting, that people who take meds are playing the victim? Really?
