Repositioning those support tabs on the bag frame is a dealbreaker.

Wonder if the company has fixed those tabs yet. Seems weird to make a 18 and up support bracket that doesn’t fit 18 and up lol

You can replace the rear fender supports with 2018+ Heritage or Deluxe supports for an exact fit. This will eliminate any cutting or welding of the saddlebag mounting brackets.

Wooo what a build I'm getting a 2021 soft tail Harley at Christmas I would be well tempted with this build the bike looks amazing fantastic job.

I did my 2012 heritage classic with a hard bags conversion and I got rid of the lollipop turn signals on the back and love the way it ended up looking. Another great video.

When are they going to make a tuner 21 models so we can start working on engine I hate they made it difficult for 21 models not to be tuned

Some companies offer a cut bag to be able to run a 2 into 1 pipe on it. Just makes it look like a road king even more imo

WOuld look good with a stretched nacelle to bury the headlight.

Ok since u guys no the tabs was in the wrong place wouldnt it be a good idea to tell the seller of all the parts to make it like that so the customer dont have to go through the trouble of cutting which in my book would be a paycheck for you and the distributor cause u fixed there flaw u get a cut of each unit sold

@OVER DA ROAD: That kit was designed for a 02’-17’ Deluxe and Heritage. We modified it to fit the M8 Softail.

Donald Stepp: My answer was always to simply buy a Road King, but so many Softail owners have requested bags on their bike to allow for additional storage or audio. I will say the Softail Bagger is extremely nimble and lighter than a touring model which tends to be a perfect fit for riders who are vertically challenged.

Problem with my heritage is I put too many miles on her she just rolled 132k not sure how many people want a miled up softail
