This one is a little disappointing. Bills says nothing about building an actual roadmap even though it says so in the title. It's like if I'd post a video called "How to make a pizza" and my points would be: 1. Always listen to what your kids have to say. 2. Try to make it taste like every great pizza tastes. 3. Refresh your pizza ingredients stock every quarter. 4. Agree on what temperature to set in the oven with your wife. 5. Invite your friends to get a feedback. Would you be able to make a pizza following these instructions?
Great video! Can you talk about how these user interviews are done? How often you talk to these customers across different functions? Another suggestion is to have the points you've brought up relisted in the conclusion part so the audience can easily track the framework that Bill has taken to answer this question.
I could have easily understood what the Architect said to Neo on the Matrix rather than comprehend what this guy is actually tryinna say. I had to go over and over maybe ten times to get that inside the thick impregnable skull of mine and now I guess I have a headache, whoops I guess I need a coffee
How would you suggest a software engineer who has an MBA breaks into a Product management role? Like applying online or directly reaching out to recruiters?
