Very nice, clean, easy quick build!!!! No worries with engineering pistons and what not lol. I built it in slightly different sizing being in the U.S., but it does work quite well, thank you!!!

You could also make an adapter fitted with a PEX tube or other small hand made crevice wand like you demonstrated.

With multiple reducers you could bring the nozzles down to pex tube size or make smaller sizes of crevice nozzles to increase the suction.

I have a pile of different tips for a fancy heat gun I have was gonna try to make dredge fit this tips for exactly what you’re sayin. Suck in cracks really skinny or thin wide tip for bigger ones. Etc. just threw that out there cause they are gonna be perfect I believe thought maybe you’d wanna look into it since you’re talking tips. 😂

Try using 2x 30mm washers with a peice of thong squashed between them. You can join this to your already made pump by drilling a hole in your end cap, fastening with a bolt and springwasher and nut. Last quite a while and when it does start to lose suction all you need to do is tighten it up, squashing the thong even more.

Why don't you use a wider pipe, like 90mm etc. Does it make for too heavy a load? I'm sure there's a good reason, I'm just wondering and thanks heaps for the vid!
