How to Build a Mini Smokeless Fire Pit
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
In this video I show how I build a mini smokeless fire pit, kind of like the Solo Stove Mesa.
Please note that if you try something similar the fumes given off of certain metals can be dangerous, please do this carefully and at your own risk.

Thanks and great video! Helps me determine what’s needed for the stove I’ll build. 🙏

Glad it helped.
Thanks. I’ve been looking for a gal paint can video. This was perfect although the popcorn can is a bit hard to duplicate. Thanks for taking the time to out this together.
Quick question, I’m making the same thing, kind of created on my own, but then I watched your video I like the way you do it, so I’m going to copy you, question is when the ash falls through the holes in the bottom of the inner tube, how do you get the ash out from between the two cans? Just shake

That has been my approach. My cans aren't coming apart without really messing it up.
What about using wire to seal both cans, kind of working as a hose clamp?

Might work if you get it in just the right place, but this seems to work just fine.
I tried with recycled soup cans, so mine is even smaller than yours... only problem is it doesnt hold the fire, and it still has smoke. How do i make it so the top is air tight like how yours is? The soup can on the outside has a little bit of a lip but not enough to keep the air.

I'm not sure how to fix it without seeing it. Is there enough room between the cans for air flow?
Could do the same using the lid and then it would be removable

If I understand what you mean, I think that would have been too tight, but maybe I got it wrong.
