Haha me too
I hit up the Sand Valley Resort in July. Absolutely amazing! Can't wait for the next trip and the new track.
Sand Valley was amazing, can’t wait to go back again. This resort is the ultimate buddies weekend. It will test you as a player and humble the soul. Sand Valley resort courses will belittle the largest of egos and will leave you wondering why you picked up the game of golf.

I dont know about that. The fairways are enormous and so are the greens. They're tough tracks but there's a ton of room to play. Mammoth Dunes is the largest course I've ever played when it comes to the size of the fairways and greens. Hence Mammoth Dunes.
Finally. Wish me luck!
Nothing beats the beauty Northwoods..Humboldt County Northern California
These guys are exhausting to listen to
Looks like Doak finally got his wish from an old Fried Egg Podcast episode. he wanted someone to allow him to make a course catered to women. by that he explains 6000-65000 yards. He thought it had HUGE potential
Great father and brother
Just throw seed down. Got it.
What are ways to secure funding ?
What makes you guys think people are going to want to play your course or become members? Did you survey the locals like how does that work. You guys seem rich but for an average joe how do you guarantee profit before a missive investment like this.

Sand Valley is already a well-established golf resort and this is an additional course being built.
Why not explain where this course is? "Central Wisconsin" is as vague as a tinder profile.

Central Wisconsin is as descriptive as Nekoosa, Wisconsin for most people. Plus you can always google “Sand Valley” and find all the details you want

@@mattstephenson4345Town of Rome. Nekoosa is a suburb of Wisconsin Rapids. Cranberry marshes everywhere.
That was the most basic of basic overviews
My forster-daddy and I constructed or founded the Golf & Country Club Schönenberg but on moneyhouse is pretended that the golf course has an owner since 22 years what is conditional truth because we did it around the time when I was a teen . The golf course Schwanheim = the U.S.-Army Officer Casino at Frankfurt am Main, Germany, where at Schwanheim I was the elected president of a golf student house was my home as a twenty year old golf crack. The Golf & Country Club Schönenberg has a lake as a bunker
Trump Golf Course patrons with one objective
Step one: clear land, destroy the environment. 2: waste water.
Pretty sure Lido will be completely private, Sedge Valley I hope will be open or semi open to public 🤞 Sand Valley, Mammoth Dunes, and their par 3 course the Sandbox are all super pristine courses, Central Wisconsin has great golf courses, Lake Arrowhead Pines and Lakes courses are like half a mile from this place, that's my go to as an amateur, always in great shape and tough if you miss the fairway like I do 🤣⛳🏌️♂️ but always fun to play
