In this video I show how I built my custom Gaming/Computer chair. This is one part of a larger project.

Love it !!!! I know that some contact adhesives dont really like certain substrates like foam but if you were able to contact alot of that together it would have minimized the use of the staples . looks great!!!

Thanks. I think the staples are cheaper than the contact cement.

How did this hold up? Feels like if I sat my large behind on it that some of those pieces would start to wobble loose.

Nice and comfy. You need a comfy place to sit when editing videos because it takes so long, LOL.

Hello! I have a question. How did you go about forming the shape of the chair to your body? I'd hate to complete the project to find out that it's uncomfortable. Looks Very Comfortable the way you did it!

Cardboard all the way from your leg up to your head, have someone hold you from the bum while you find the perfect position and bend of the card board and then use that as a base

@Aceman307 The twenty or so 2X4 pieces could have been trimmed in a shallow arc on the side facing the human body...a curvature...you know...just like you did for the shape of the support ! good job otherwise.

Cool disign. But you will need to modify the "under butt segment" because all your body weight pushing principaly on this little segment. Need to make it wider, stronger and softer for your butt. Otherwise it would be impossible to sit for hours.. cheers from Russia.

Fall off what? By building it to the shape of your body its pretty comfortable. But its easy enough to add more foam to make it softer if you wanted.
